Ingredients
- Yoghurt- 1 Cup
- Baking soda- ½ tsp
- All-purpose wheat flour- 1+1/4 cup
- Cocoa powder- ¼ cup
- Baking powder- 1 tsp
- Powdered Sugar- ¾ cup
- Vegetable oil- ½ cup
- Vanilla Essence- 1 tsp
- Milk- ⅓ cup
- Eggs- 2
- Baileys Irish Cream- 40 ml
For Chocolate Ganache
- Heavy Whipping Cream- 1 cup
- Chocolate- 113 gms
- Baileys Irish Cream- 10 ml
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Take coconut oil and coat a 9×13 baking pan.
- Take yoghurt and baking soda, mix well and keep them aside.
- Now, take a bowl add the eggs and sugar and whisk them properly. Add the vanilla essence, milk.
- Take a bowl and mix All purpose wheat flour, Baking powder, Cocoa powder, and Coffee powder.
- Now, combine the dry mixture with the wet one in batches. Do it slowly and avoid any lumps.
- Now, add Baileys Irish Cream, mix well and add the mixture to the baking pan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes and check it with a toothpick.
- For the Ganache, melt the chocolate and let it cool. Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped.
- Your Baileys Irish Cream chocolate cake is ready!
