We are happy to serve you and ensure you are satisfied with our products. At the same time, this Return policy will help you understand how we accept returns / refunds in case of damage/dissatisfaction/or any other unforeseeable situations.

Whizzo Foods ship its products after thorough quality check, and customers are supposed to return the product within two working days in case if the products are found unusable. In case of a delay, we can not assure you a refund due to the perishable nature of our products.

Our products use no artificial preservatives, and hence we urge our customers to read about how to store the products after opening the bottle/packets. In case of pickles, we urge you to keep the pickle in refrigerator once the pickle bottle is opened.

Online Payment

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to the customer account within 5-7 working days depending on the issuing bank.

Cash on Delivery

Refunds will be credited to the customer’s account as store credit and can be used for the subsequent order in the future.
